NORTHPORT, NY The establishment of a new firm specializing in trial preparation has been announced by James M. Jones, president of New York Claims Investigation and Trial Preparation Services, LLC.
Jones explained that the firms range of services include assisting in locating witnesses, serving legal documents, interviewing police and prospective witnesses, while gathering and reviewing evidence in the preparation of both plaintiff and defense based cases.
Legal investigators also collect information on the parties to the litigation, take photographs, testify in court, and assemble evidence and reports for trials.
NYCI's services are available to lawyers, insurance companies, individuals and corporations, said Jones, who is a licensed private investigator in New York State.
"I have legal access to countless sources of information that the general public is not privy to," he explained. "As such, I have become quite proficient in locating people who do not want to be found, conducting pre-employment verifications, executive individual and corporate background profiles, and premarital screenings.
Jones is a member of various professional organizations, including the National Council of Investigative and Security Specialists. He also maintains a direct link with the state Division of Motor Vehicles in Albany, enabling him to retrieve immediate licensing, registration, and insurance information, and to run inquiries.
